Shipping policy

-When In Store Pick Up is selected you will have 1 week to contact and arrange pick up.

-If an order is placed Monday - Friday before 2:00PM MST order will ship in 24 hours. If the order is placed Saturday or Sunday it will ship on Monday. All shipping is subject to government holidays and inclement weather.

-We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged products. Each flat rate shipping box comes with insurance from USPS. We need photos and description of the damage to file a claim with the USPS.  You will need to contact us within one week of delivery.  We cannot guarantee the outcome of their decision.
